Get a recommended cage length and base ring size based on your measurements in just 30 seconds.
Enter your flaccid penis length, then choose your preferred fit. The calculator will recommend a suitable cage length.
These values are a starting point. Comfort also depends on your base ring size, anatomy, and level of experience.
Measure around the base of the penis and testicles with a soft string, then enter the measured length to get a recommended base ring size.
This calculation provides a useful reference. The base ring should keep the cage securely in place without excessive pressure, while preventing too much movement or easy removal.
Our beginner selection includes classic cage designs with easy-to-choose lengths and multiple base ring sizes to help you find the right fit.
Not sure how to measure? We'll guide you through it.
For reliable sizing, take your measurements while fully flaccid, without stretching or compressing the penis. Cage length and base ring size should be measured separately.
• Stand in a natural position with your penis fully flaccid.
• Place a ruler against the pubic bone at the base of the penis.
• Measure to the tip of the glans without stretching or compressing the penis.
Then use the cage length calculator above to get a recommended size.
Then lay the string flat, measure its length, and enter the measurement into the ring size calculator above.
For reference, the formula used is: measured circumference ÷ 3.14 = ring diameter.
| Measured Circumference | 4.3 in (11 cm) | 4.9 in (12.5 cm) | 5.5 in (14 cm) | 6.2 in (15.7 cm) | 6.8 in (17.3 cm) | 7.4 in (18.8 cm) |

This guide is designed to help you identify sensible measurements, especially if you are new to chastity or unsure between several cage lengths and base ring sizes.
However, chastity cage sizing is still a personal choice.
Use these guidelines as a starting point, then choose according to your preferences and anatomy. They will help you better understand the options available across our chastity cage collection.
A chastity cage is designed to limit erections, not accommodate the penis at full size. Measuring while erect would usually result in a cage length that is too long and poorly suited to how a chastity cage is actually worn.
Choose the available size closest to your calculated result. For example, if your result is 43 mm, a 45 mm base ring will usually be the more logical choice. If your result is 41 mm, a 40 mm ring will generally make more sense.
The easiest approach is to use the recommendation provided by the calculator as your reference.
If you are still unsure, we recommend browsing our Beginner Chastity Cages. These models generally use more classic shapes, come in several sizes, and often include multiple base rings, making it easier to fine-tune the fit to your anatomy.
