Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use
ARTICLE 1: Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed through the website https://onlychastity.com/en.
By placing an order on the website, the customer fully and unconditionally agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Only Chastity offers products intended exclusively for adults. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are of legal age under the laws applicable in their country of residence.
ARTICLE 2: Orders
The website’s automatic recording systems constitute evidence of the nature, content, and date of each order.
An order is considered final once payment has been successfully confirmed.
Only Chastity confirms acceptance of the order by sending a confirmation email to the email address provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided when placing an order is accurate, including their name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number. If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, Only Chastity cannot be held responsible for any resulting delay, delivery error, or inability to deliver the order.
Only Chastity reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute, payment failure, suspected fraud, incomplete address information, or abusive customer behavior.
ARTICLE 3: Product Availability
Products displayed on the website are offered subject to availability.
Certain products may be shipped directly from our partners, suppliers, or logistics centers, which may affect processing and delivery times.
If a product becomes partially or fully unavailable after an order has been confirmed, the customer will be notified by email. A new estimated delivery date may be offered, a replacement product may be suggested, or a refund may be issued.
ARTICLE 4: Prices
Prices are displayed in euros and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Only Chastity reserves the right to change its prices at any time without prior notice. Products are charged at the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
Any local taxes, customs duties, bank charges, or administrative fees associated with deliveries outside mainland France remain the responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 5: Payment
Payments are made online using secure payment methods, including credit or debit card, Shopify Payments, PayPal, or any other payment method made available on the website at checkout.
Transactions are processed through secure servers. Only Chastity does not directly store complete payment card information.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.
ARTICLE 6: Shipping and Delivery
Only Chastity ships to many countries worldwide.
Delivery times displayed on the website are estimates. They include order preparation, logistics processing, and transportation time.
An estimated delivery timeframe is provided during checkout or in the shipping confirmation email.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. If an order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and shipping location.
Only Chastity cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer’s absence at the time of delivery, or any event beyond its reasonable control.
Orders are shipped discreetly in plain, neutral packaging with no explicit reference to the contents of the package.
ARTICLE 7: Receiving Your Order
Customers are encouraged to inspect the condition of the package and products upon delivery.
If a package arrives damaged, opened, or shows any visible signs of damage or irregularity, the customer should report the issue to the carrier whenever possible and contact customer service as soon as possible at contact@onlychastity.com.
Any claim must include the information required to investigate the issue, including the order number, photographs of the package, photographs of the product concerned, and a clear description of the problem.
ARTICLE 8: Returns, Refunds, and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, customers have 14 days from the date they receive their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
All return requests must first be submitted to customer service at contact@onlychastity.com.
Returns are accepted only for products returned in their original condition, new, unused, unopened, unsealed, complete, and in their original intact packaging.
Due to the intimate nature of the products sold, and for hygiene and health protection reasons, products that have been opened, unsealed, tried on, worn, used, or whose protective packaging has been altered cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the error is attributable to Only Chastity or where the product has been confirmed as defective by customer service.
Where applicable, refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product or proof that the return has been shipped, in accordance with the conditions set out under applicable regulations.
Only Chastity reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet the conditions set out above.
ARTICLE 9: Defective Products or Order Errors
If a product is received defective, damaged, or does not match the order, the customer should contact customer service as soon as possible at contact@onlychastity.com.
The request must include the order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs showing the defect or discrepancy.
After reviewing the request, Only Chastity may offer, depending on the circumstances, a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
ARTICLE 10: Statutory Warranties
Products sold on the website are covered by all applicable statutory warranties, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies where a product received does not match its description, is not suitable for its intended use, or has a defect that existed at the time of delivery.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, inadequate maintenance, product modification, use contrary to the recommendations provided, or accidental damage.
ARTICLE 11: Liability
Only Chastity cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of products purchased through the website.
The customer is solely responsible for selecting, using, maintaining, and determining the suitability of a product for their own intended use.
Information provided on the website is for general informational purposes only and does not replace appropriate caution, common sense, or, where necessary, advice from a qualified professional.
Only Chastity cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure, an unforeseeable and unavoidable act of a third party, a carrier-related issue, or any other event beyond its reasonable control.
ARTICLE 12: Personal Data
Personal data collected by Only Chastity is used solely for order processing, delivery, billing, customer service, website security, and, where the customer has provided consent, the sending of marketing communications.
Data collected may include the customer’s first and last name, email address, shipping address, telephone number, order information, and information required to process payment.
Personal data is not sold to third parties.
In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, customers have the right to access, correct, object to the processing of, delete, and restrict the processing of their personal data.

ARTICLE 13: Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the Only Chastity website, including text, images, graphics, logos, branding elements, product pages, photographs, videos, and editorial content, are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, modification, distribution, adaptation, exploitation, or reuse, whether in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 14: Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
ARTICLE 15: Acceptance
By placing an order through https://onlychastity.com/en, the customer unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
